2. Services

Letheio provides digital marketing services including, but not limited to, paid social advertising, search engine marketing, SEO, web development, and marketing consultation. The specific scope, deliverables, and fees for each engagement are set out in a separate written agreement or proposal.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely approvals, and access to the platforms and accounts necessary for Letheio to deliver the agreed services. Delays caused by the client may affect timelines and deliverables.

4. Payment

Payment terms are specified in each client agreement. Invoices are due upon the date stated. Letheio reserves the right to pause or terminate services for accounts with outstanding balances beyond the agreed payment period.

5. Intellectual Property

All creative assets, reports, and strategies produced by Letheio remain the property of Letheio until payment in full has been received, at which point ownership transfers to the client as specified in the relevant agreement. Letheio retains the right to reference completed work in its portfolio.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement and not to disclose it to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

Letheio's liability to any client in connection with these terms or any services shall not exceed the fees paid by that client in the three months preceding the claim. Letheio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Disclaimer

Digital marketing results vary and are influenced by factors outside Letheio's control, including platform algorithm changes, market conditions, and client-side factors. Letheio makes no guarantee of specific outcomes.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement with 30 days' written notice, unless otherwise specified in the client agreement. Fees for work completed or in progress at the time of termination remain payable.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amman, Jordan.
